Some problems respond very well to the use of multiple therapies, for example some hypnosis with acupuncture or some reflexology with hypnosis. At the Nottingham Natural Health Centre Sophie works with other experts in fertility, pregnancy and childbirth to offer mothers the most suitable and effective package of holistic and complementary care for them and their baby.

Sophie also ensures that any treatment is complementary to the treatment provided by the mother's medical team. The safety of the mother and baby is paramount and if a mother is given treatment for a medical complaint Sophie will ensure that the Midwife or Doctor responsible for the mother's care is kept informed of her treatment plan.
