Hypnosis for Birth CDs and MP3s

Women all over the world benefit from Hypnurture's tailormade distance learning.

Not everyone is able to attend courses. Either they are too far away, they can't find the right course close by or may have other children which means it isn't easy to find the time.

We think hypnosis for birth is amazing and we want as many women as possible to have a chance to try it out.

That's why we have made it simple for women to have a go at hypnosis for birth irrespective of their budget or time with a quick and easy distance learning course.

You choose cds with or without music - not everyone likes music and often people are surprised that they can go as deeply relaxed without. If you choose the tailored option you can set a favourite relaxation cd as the background music. Just let us know what it is.

The Hypnurture Birth Pack includes guidence notes for the birthing partner, daily affirmations and a personalised letter to give to your midwife or to include in your birth plan.

We also regularly post free mp3s on the website - these can be downloaded easily and are designed to add to the pregnancy and birth pack. If you like you can even subscribe to our podcast so you can automatically update them on your ipod.

All these options are a great for women who want to try hypnobirthing but can't commit to a course for whatever reason.

There are three options:

1. Pregnancy and Birth mp3 and E:Birth Pack. We will email this to you so you can save the mp3s to your mp3 player or your ipod. The email will contain guidence on breathing, prompts for your partner to use and daily affirmations. It will also contain a link to download the mp3. Please allow up to 24 hours for your email to arrive.

2. Pregnancy and birth pack with a double cd. This will be posted to you - please allow 4 days for delivery.

Cost £15 inc p&p

3. Your third option is a made to order cd which means that we record the labour track on a beach exactly how you would like it. All you need to do is describe to us what your most calming beach experience would be like. This can enable you to relax far more deeply as it has great resonance with your own experiences. We will also set these cds or mp3s to your own background music.
