Hypnurture: Fertility, Pregnancy and Birth is based in the East Midlands with practices in Nottingham, Grantham and Lincoln. We are also offering one day birth preparation classes in the Leclaire Method in London and Weybridge, Surrey.

We provide bespoke care pre-conception right through until after your baby is born.

As one of the few specialist hypnotherapists in the UK, and one of the only hypnotherapists to be trained in more than one method of hypnosis for childbirth and hypnobirthing, you can be sure that you will receive the right programme of care for you.

Hypnurture will support you to conceive and give birth using tried and tested methods of hypnosis and relaxation. You will learn to trust in your own natural ability to conceive and give birth the way that you want.

We run regular pregnancy relaxation and birth preparation classes offering a wide range of pregnancy support services that are tailored towards each individual woman - giving you the guidence and confidence to make the best choices for you and your baby. You can choose from 1 day birth preparation classes through to courses that run through your whole pregnancy.
